Step by Step on How to Order & make payment

For Malaysian & Singapore Buyers :
ONE
Copy and paste the ‘Order Now‘ form to your email, fill it up and send it to us at soak.repub@gmail.com


TWO
Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice by email stating the price and our account details.


THREE
a. If you are paying by Maybank Internet Banking Transfer or Public eBanking, we recommend that you should printscreen/screencap the page indicating transaction successful for your own record, and please notified us too.
b. If you are paying by Direct Deposit from ATM, keep the receipt and send us the reference number, or you also can attach a picture of the receipt.
c. Singapore buyers we will provide UOB Internet banking details, after order is confirmed. we recommend that you should printscreen/screencap the page indicating transaction successful for your own record, and do send us a copy or just the reference number so we know which is which.


FOUR
Upon receiving the full payment, we will deliver your package within 3 working days.


FIVE
After delivered your package, we will send you an email with tracking code from poslaju/parcel, so that you can monitor your package from http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm

For International Buyers:
ONE

TWO
Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice by email stating the price. We provide Paypal service for international buyers to accept credit cards and debit cards.
Due to the nature of Paypal, Paypal is charging a fees of 3.9% on every amount that transfered to my account, therefore a 3.9% is added to the price showed, and USD0.30 is added for each transaction made to Paypal. e.g.: item amount + shipping + USD0.30 = total amout you should pay. We are so sorry for the cause of inconvenience.


THREE
We will send Paypal money request once you agree/reply to the invoice-email, you can to pay securely at Paypal website. Paypal may require you mailing information, it is fine if you choose not to fill up, we will follow all information that you gave from the order form.


FOUR
Upon receiving the full payment, we will deliver your package within 3 working days.


FIVE
After delivered your package, we will send an email to inform you. Please take note that we are sending from Malaysia, therefore please allow 2 weeks for your item to arrive.
