Weight-Based Shipping (Local / International)
Charges on this option are calculated according to all items weight and the estimated wrapping materials needed.
• West Malaysia - Courier Service, GDEX
• East Malaysia - Courier Service, POSLAJU
• Overseas / International - POS Malaysia, Registered Post (at least 14 working days delivery)

Courier Services Within Malaysia
• GDEX Courier Service is used to send within West Malaysia: RM 6 (next day delivery)
• POSLAJU used to send to East Malaysia: RM 8.50 (SBH) / RM 9.60 (SRWK) (at least 3 - 5 working days delivery)

Soak Republic is not responsible to track customers' parcels once tracking numbers are given. For all parcels, please ensure there is someone to sign & receive at your desired delivery address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
All orders made on the Soak Republic Online website are sent with a registered mail type. Each parcel has a tracking number and this is emailed to the customer once the parcel is dispatched.

For Malaysian customers having parcels sent within the country, parcels are sent as -
• Registered Post or EParcel and usually start with RD,
• POSLAJU parcels usually start with EN.

GDEX parcels contains 10 digits, parcels can be tracked at http://gdexpress.com/etracking.php
International parcels are sent by Registered Post, usually start with RR. They can be tracked at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/homepage/homepg_track.aspx
